Our Global Talent Acquisition Strategy and Operations team is looking for a Project Manager/Program Manager to help build out and create innovative and inclusive project andprogram solutions to attract and engage students/entry-level talent. The Strategy and Operations team serves as a key lever for our Recruiters and Program Managers by enabling them to reach hiring goals and programmatic objectives through strategic project and program planning. As such, were looking for a high performing PM to design, build and execute creative, intentional projects and program work.

Position location is remote in the US.

Key responsibilities

+ Partner with the Director of TA Strategy and Operations to design, build and execute innovative and strategic projects and programs, with an initial focus on supporting the University Recruiting team

+ Partner with campus relationship managers, recruiters and program managers to craft project/program objectives and develop engagementstrategies

+ Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment against collective goals, meeting timelines and staying within budget

+ Drive projectexecutionwithin a matrixed organizationby managingpartner and stakeholder communicationsandholding project teamsaccountable totimelines anddeliverables

+ Managemeetings,project plans, budgets,debriefsandpost-pilotstrategies

+ Ensure regular and clear communication of program and project scope, timing, risks, and progress

+ Thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment

Functional/Business knowledge

+ Knowledge and effective usage of project management methodologies, processes and tools

+ Experience in Talent Acquisition Operations, Campus Recruiting, and/or Global Talent Organization roles

+ Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)

+ Survey and feedback collection experience is a plus

+ Strong written and oral communication skills

Leadership

+ Lead workstreams for mid-size to large projects and programs

+ Ability to influence without direct authority

+ Uses data and research to apply analytical rigor in identifying root causes and areas to optimize work, exercising judgment to balance competing demands

+ Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ Years of experience
