The primary role of the Store Experience Project Manager is to oversee and execute on day-to-day tactical responsibilities for store events, store remodels and grand openings for our Client. The ideal candidate must have excellent organization skills and the ability to work independently.
+ Act as liaison between the Client and Client’s outside organizations, communicating goals, deadlines and job standards
+ Oversee submission process, develop project timelines and task lists
+ Manage complex projects simultaneously
+ Keep Client aware of project status on a weekly basis
+ Build and maintain client relationships with low-and-mid level management
+ Schedule and facilitate meetings
+ Take notes and ensure follow through on any deliverables discussed in Client meetings
+ Update and maintain store list and schedule, notifying team of changes
+ Request remodel kits and maintain store information for what’s shipped/set to ship
+ Ability to understand and identify opportunities for continued growth
+ Understand and manage the execution of tasks to achieve Client’s marketing goals
+ Identify process challenges and work with internal leadership to solve
+ Display positivity in all engagements with others (at all levels), demonstrating Quad culture and values
+ Experience in Project Management
+ Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
+ Ability to respond quickly and effectively to clients’ needs and issues
+ Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
+ Must be computer literate with proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and the ability to learn new computer systems
+ Ability to relate to and develop relationships with Client
+ Demonstrate an analytical approach to problem-solving
+ Demonstrate the ability to act on own initiative
+ Effective time-management and prioritization skills
