We are ROPER KIA/MITSUBISHI. We are currently looking for salespeople to join one of the Top KIA Dealers in the 4 STATE AREA. We represent some of the most popular vehicles on the road today. As a premier dealership we only want to work with top salespeople and our proven processes allow us to hire people of all experience levels. And it’s our training and experience that’s going to help you find a C.A.R.E.E.R. instead of a J.O.B.. As I shared before, you have 2 choices. Here’s your 2 choices in auto sales: C hallenge A dvancement R ewards E xcitement E njoyment R elationships or you can choose… J ust O ver B roke Question #1 – What do you need to know if you are thinking of joining the car business for the first time or you are moving from one dealership to another? Answer – The car business is a combination of four primary skill sets. Sales skills, People skills, Marketing skills, and Life skills. The sales people who bring a strong “natural talent” in any one of these areas will be able to perform at an average level of 8-12 cars per month or 100-120 per year. If you are joining the business you need to develop all four areas to become a SIX-FIGURE salesperson. Unlike typical salespeople, the process we teach means no more waiting around the dealership trying to beat the other guy to the customer. Our salespeople are taught cutting edge marketing and self-promotion techniques to grow their business by repeat and referral marketing strategies. That’s great! So someone who has 17 other responsibilities is also supposed to train you?? Or some rep from the manufacturer is supposed to coach you to success?? How? Who we are: We are a KIA/MITSUBISHI DEALER that has been serving the 4 STATE AREA shoppers for the past 16 years. We have the largest inventory of KIA/MITSUBISHI in the 4 STATE AREA. With a total of almost 400 new and used cars, vans, trucks & SUVs in-stock, there is something for every car shopper. We are known as the “DEALER FOR THE PEOPLE” because of our TOP NOTCH CUSTOMER SERVICE and unbeatable selection. We are a FAMILY owned and operated dealership located at 320 N HOGODON RD, JOPLIN, MO.In the last few months, our new and used vehicle sales volume has increased compared to the prior year. We have consistently been one of 4 STATE AREA largest volume dealership in new vehicles sales and are in the Top 20 largest in total vehicle sales nationwide. These awards are based on three main criteria: new vehicle sales, certified pre-owned sales, and customer satisfaction. Due to the recent changes in the marketplace, we are now positioned for additional growth in both service and sales going into next year.

We believe the growth we have seen so far is due in part to the proactive approach we have taken to the changes in the market, our unique selling philosophy, and our commitment to our customers. Our future growth will be realized because of the outstanding product line up that we have and the new offerings coming soon!
Because of this goal, we are looking for an additional 3 sales reps that will market, present, and sell our products.
How we pay: The compensation plan is a commission based payplan based on individual production. An estimated income for the first year is calculated to be between $48,000 to $80,000 for an average performer, and between $80,000 to $150,000 for a motivated individual. (Several of our salespeople earned well over $200,000 last year. How much did you make last year?) There is no cap or limit to the income earned. You will be paid on your individual performance! We do not guarantee the estimated income.What is expected:
Primary tasks will include: setting appointment by phone and internet, basics of product knowledge, needs analysis, product consultation, handling of objections / questions, presenting offers to purchase, filling out appropriate paperwork and following up with prospects.
