The Senior Strategy Advancement Professional provides data-based strategic direction to identify and address business issues and opportunities. The candidate will provide business intelligence and strategic planning support for the Clinical Solutions segment. The Senior Strategy Advancement Professional work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
Location: Remote or in office; Louisville based is preferred

The Clinical Solutions Strategy Advancement team partners with senior leaders to drive short and long-term growth, overseeing the management of our segment strategy and driving alignment of that strategy with enterprise priorities. The team helps to set segment priorities, and identifies growth opportunities, business model innovations, and cross-enterprise collaboration on high priority initiatives.
The Senior Strategy Advancement Professional leads initiatives to analyze complex business problems and issues using data from internal and external sources. Brings expertise or identifies subject matter experts in support of multi-functional efforts to identify, interpret, and produce recommendations and plans based on company and external data analysis. Begins to influence department’s strategy. Makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues. Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.
As a member of the Clinical Solutions Strategy Advancement team, you will identify and analyze exciting new growth opportunities and work with business leaders to prioritize strategic investments and execute strategic transformation. The day to day activities will include collaborating across the segment to manage the pipeline of strategic priorities, ongoing quantitative analysis and financial modeling to determine highest value segment initiatives, problem-solving through complex and ambiguous issues, industry research, collaborating across the segment to prepare for recurring senior leader & BOD discussions, leading and moderating small and large group discussions, performing analysis of large data sets and making insight-driven recommendations, and creating polished storylines and PowerPoint presentations.
+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
+ 5 or more years of consulting, strategy development, strategic planning, or business strategy experience or Masters level degree with 2 years of experience
+ Strong critical thinking skills
+ Strong analytical experience with ability to synthesize data and make recommendations based on synthesis
+ Strong attention to detail
+ Microsoft excel modeling and PowerPoint presentation skills
+ Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
+ Ability to conduct, interpret, and leverage data and analytics to improve strategy and make recommendations
+ Project management experience
+ Masters degree or MBA
