Department's Website:Summary of Job Duties:The Part Time Administrative Specialist-Information Desk works under the supervision of the Director of Admissions and is responsible for aiding visitors to the Information Desk and provide clerical support to supervisory and professional staff.

SUMMARY OF DUTIES:
*Provide quality customer service in all aspects of admissions and recruitment services to contribute to student success.
*Greeting students and visitors promptly in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner, and providing information as needed.
*Provide assistance and clarification to prospective and current students concerning the completion of forms, processes, events on campus, etc.
*Serving as primary point person for campus postal services and preparing outgoing mail daily. Management of bulk postal operations and staying up-to-date on changes within the postal services.
*Scanning and indexing admissions documents, perform data entry duties and managing correspondence to prospective students.
*Answering UACCM's switchboard promptly in a courteous and professional manner and transferring to appropriate department/person.
*Staying up-to-date on information in reference to dates, events, degrees, and personnel changes by staying familiar with personnel and UACCM's Website.
*Updating the Admissions Office digital signage daily as directed.
*Provide support and assistance to the front office when necessary.
*Performing other duties as assigned.

The successful candidate must have a commitment to working cooperatively with all campus personnel to fulfill the Mission of UACCM, and deliver quality customer services.Qualifications:
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

The formal education equivalent of a high school diploma.
PERFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

One year of specialized training in business management, business education, or related field and/or one year of clerical experience.
