Department's Website:https://help-uaconnect.uark.edu/workday-student/index.phpSummary of Job Duties:The Change Management Specialist for Workday Student will serve as a part of the Workday Student team at the University of Arkansas campus in Fayetteville to prepare the varying stakeholder groups at the University (faculty, staff, and students) for the implantation of Workday Student. This position will be expected to become well-versed in the Workday Student product and adequately plan appropriate readiness and training activities for each stakeholder group. The Change Management Specialist will act as a point of contact and be responsible for accurate and timely communications.

Regular, reliable, and non-disruptive attendance is an essential job duty, as is the ability to create and maintain collegial, harmonious working relationships with others.Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in a related discipline from an accredited institution of higher education

Experience in Higher Education

Strong experience with the creation of training materials

Substantial teaching or training experience

Preferred Qualifications:

Masters degree in a related discipline

Understanding of UAConnect, Workday or PeopleSoft student information systems

Familiarity with University of Arkansas' Fayetteville campus and key stakeholders

Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, Sharepoint, Blackboard, and a variety of other educational and communication tools

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
