*This position has the flexibility to be 100% remote in the US if desired.

As a member of this team, you will contribute to CDM Smith’s success by;

-Documenting and prioritizing business requirements for toll agency programs.

-Tracking and analysis of new toll and back-office program/system implementation efforts.

-Working with clients, third-party vendors, and other contractors to discuss and resolve issues.

-Using data analytics to support business requirements for toll agency programs including development of reporting mechanisms and dashboards.

-Performance analysis related to toll agency programs, collection systems, and revenue collection.

-Process flow analysis for toll agency and revenue collection and back-office support systems.

-Development of customer service processes and training programs.

Minimum Qualifications:

-Bachelor’s degree.

-10 years of related experience.

-Domestic and/or international travel may be required.

-The frequency of travel is contingent on specific duties, responsibilities, and the essential functions of the position, which may vary depending on workload and project demands. Equivalent additional directly related experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.

Preferred Qualifications:

-Experience working closely with Project Managers to document and prioritize business requirements for tolling applications.

-Experience in supporting tolling application technical documentation by creating design documents and process flow maps on tolling business requirements.

-Knowledge of tolling business rules and associated applications.
