The Program Manager will be responsible for conveying information from the SBA to all Spoke Partners. Maintains close communication with Spoke Partners and keeps permanent records of clients and related data such as follow-ups and those involved in additional training programs. Builds and maintains strong relationships with all partners. Builds and maintains a data tracking system.
*Maintaining communication between hub and spoke partners of grant
*Overseeing and conducting day to day activities of the entrepreneurial center/grant office
*Reporting data to Economic Development Director and appropriate auditing authoritiesQualifications:
Bachelor's degree in related field
Valid Arkansas Driver's License; travel is required
Knowledge of modern office methods, procedures, and techniques
Knowledge of economic development opportunities in surrounding areas
Experience with business development services
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and establish strong working relationships
Ability to communicate with diverse groups including community partners and business clients
Must be detail oriented and possess the ability to maintain accurate records
