Robert Half is trying to fill a position for an articulate, highly-skilled Customer Service Representative in the growing Retail industry. Are you always outgoing and sociable? What you get to do every day

- May support business development and client referral goals by actively cross-selling and referring customers

- Receive and place telephone calls

- Field and send written business correspondence

- Provide accurate, friendly customer service in a timely fashion Requirements – Less than one year of experience required

- Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly

- Proven knowledge of Inbound Call Center

- Foundational knowledge in Fast Paced Call Center

- Call center experience

- Experience with High Volume Call Center

- Proficiency in Call Center Operations

- Call Center Customer Service experience preferred

- Well-founded grasp of Previous Call Center

- Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information

- Active problem-solver who listens for customer cues and actively resolves problems with grace and integrity

- Supportive, positive attitude with a professional demeanour applied to all tasks

- Excellent customer service and office administrative skills

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Proven experience going the extra mile to solve complex customer inquiries via extensive research

- Demonstrated talents in communicating and interacting with clients/customers, both internal and external

- Microsoft Office knowledge required
