POSITION SUMMARY View is seeking a recent college graduate for employment in its first high-volume manufacturing facility in Olive Branch, MS. The successful candidate will be working as an Industrial Engineer and taking on the responsibilities of the Maintenance Planner / Scheduler, to lead and facilitate the various activities associated with the factory maintenance plan. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES Leads and facilitates the planning and scheduling of View maintenance resources

+ Plans all required work on the planned maintenance schedule including safe work practices, task lists, materials needed, equipment availability and technician/craft requirements.

+ Facilitates the planned maintenance Pre-meeting and post meeting

+ Communicates the maintenance plan and schedule to all affected parties

+ Reviews, prioritizes, and organizes maintenance backlog as necessary

+ Improves Planning and Scheduling processes to reduce resources and waste

Manages maintenance costs and process optimization and effectiveness

+ Track maintenance costs by equipment and make recommendations to the Maintenance Manager for equipment maintenance cost budget

+ Track labor utilization against the maintenance plan/schedule and report adherence to the Maintenance Manager and Supervisors.

+ Continuously improve RCM plans according to historical data and Problem-Solving efforts

Assist in the implementation of View Maintenance Management initiatives

+ Support the Maintenance Manager in facilitating and implementing reliability strategies.

+ Coordinate with Equipment Engineers to develop RCM PMs on equipment

+ Audit RCM PM performance to insure it is being implemented as expected.

Facilitate and support failure analysis investigation and problem-solving processes

+ Coordinate with Equipment Engineers to facilitate, document and implement CMMS updates based on equipment failure analysis and problem-solving efforts

+ Using CMMS reports and trend analysis, identify sources of waste and process variations.

+ Communicate FA and Problem-Solving learnings to affected colleagues

Manages the Maintenance Information Systems

+ Ensure the data integrity of the CMMS system and makes updates as needed.

+ Generates all required maintenance reports and communicating that information to key stakeholders

+ Conducts analysis on CMMS data to identify maintenance problems and report that analysis to key stakeholders.

+ Develop and document equipment Bill of Materials and coordinate with the Equipment Engineers and Spare Parts to ensure that spare parts inventory is adequate.

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

+ Demonstrated initiative in providing input for safety and process improvements

+ Be a highly self-motivated, team-player with a positive attitude

+ Must be flexible with respect to job roles and working hours

+ Ability to accurately estimate parts and labor hours required to complete tasks

+ Must have knowledge of computer systems, not limited to MS Office Suite and Maximo

+ Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written as necessary

EDUCATION

+ Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering
