Job Highlights


Responsible for various department processes and liaison with other functional areas such as Human Resources, research support, accounting, data management and communication

Directs vendor services and support functions as well as performs all tasks necessary to achieve the department's mission as a support service to site stakeholders

Fosters good working relationships with vendors and service providers

Manages quality assurance programs

Maintains organized ledger of operational expenses

Organize and update file server as needed

Serves as liaison to other Environmental team members determined by department needs:

Working with team leaders, managers and department heads to learn departmental needs and goals

Observing, reviewing and analyzing processes to identify inefficiencies and areas where improvements could be made

Designing and maintaining clear operational guides to ensure consistency of operations

Delivering reports to department heads to provide insight into the overall efficiency of the department

Perform other duties as assigned




High School Diploma (or Higher) Required, Degree in Business or Science of advantage

Must be extremely organized and able to communicate effectively on complex issues.

Working knowledge of SAP preferred.

Working knowledge of ISO 14001 standard of benefit.

Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Professional.

Must be comfortable working independently with minimal input at times and still meet deadlines.
