Job Highlights


Operates curing equipment used to produce a quality bladder, adhering to process specifications and operational safety and quality standards

Cleans and maintains bladder curing area, promoting cleanliness and efficiency

Manufacture bladders according to specifications and schedule

Pulling and loading presses

Trimming, buffing inspecting bladders

Perform final inspection to ensure bladders and sleeves are free from any defects

Load bladders into shipping boxes, label and strap

Prepare, spray coat, oven cure and package coated bladders. Pull bladders from warehouse box, open/reshape to full bladder size and inspect prior to cleaning andprepping. Operate manual or automated spray system, bladder curing oven and package bladders

Log into Piax quality system and use scanners to record quality condition of bladders throughout process

Read gages and understand tolerances

Cutting and splicing bladder slugs

Adheres to Company quality standards while achieving productivity goals




High school diploma or equivalent (GED).

Minimum one year experience in a manufacturing environment.

Basic mathematical and computer literacy skills.

Superior verbal and written English communication skills.

Demonstrated knowledge of basic manufacturing safety and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) guidelines.

Working knowledge of tire bladder manufacturing and specifications preferred.

Current tow motor/forklift operator certification/license.

Demonstrated decision-making and problem-solving capabilities.

Adherence to Company attendance and punctuality policies and standards and corporate values.

Ability to work flexible shifts, including overnight and weekend hours.

Ability to meet and maintain established occupational demands and fitness for duty requirements.
