+ The Senior Manager of Cage Operations ensures that departmental and functional procedures, internal controls, and reporting conform to company procedures, corporate policies, and state and federal regulations and statutes while directing specific areas within the overall cage department operation. The Manager works to ensure processes are operating effectively and efficiently, implementing best practices and improvements per corporate standards, evaluates new products, service, and technology and maintains knowledge of current and evolving industry trends.


+ Operate efficient and cost-effective operation; including labor management, supervision of all aspects of services and control environment; evaluating staffing levels in accordance with business demand while monitoring and reporting changing business needs.

+ Coordinate hiring, scheduling, staffing, and ensures resolution for payroll issues.

+ Ensure the delivery and measurement of guest service consistent with the Company’s S.H.O.W service standards and brand attributes.

+ Guides and influence people, processes, and resources to support the best interests of the business. Builds and maintains trusting relations and communication with the Corporate Treasury, Finance Shared Services Audit, and Corporate Compliance teams.

+ Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience

+ Two (2) years of progression casino experience


+ 4 years Casino Cage Management experience

+ At least 3 years of management experience

+ Previous experience working in a similar resort setting


+ Gaming license for the specific jurisdiction
