Golden Bolt, the fulfillment division of Golden Hippo is currently looking for a Fulfillment Senior Lead who has initiative, is motivated, works well as a team, and wants to grow with the company. The Senior Lead will collaborate and coordinate daily outbound operation activities with the all 3 Fulfillment Supervisors & Operations Manager. They will maintain productivity, quality, and customer service standards to achieve the goal of 100% accuracy, compliance and customer service level expectations.
This person will provide operational leadership and collaboration with the entire Operations team for continuous improvement and consistency of process. A hands on approach/focus on continuous interactions with all levels of the team, support of the Company’s vision & goals, and execution of the Company Core Values are all essential component to this role. The Fulfillment Senior Lead is also responsible for the direct supervision of all employees in the Operations department and is expected to carry out responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies, and applicable laws. Responsibilities include training employees; planning, assigning,and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding, coaching & disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like:
+ Responsible for an Engagement focus, empathic/seek to understand approach to situations, openness to new ideas, willingness to accept directives, listen with a business mindset
+ Responsible for team & individual production tracking compiled & recorded daily
+ Responsible for reviewing backlogs and coordinating order processing prioritization
+ Responsible for building knowledge of all shipping and packing systems to ensure that
+ shipments are made on time.
+ Responsible for handling special requests such as expedite requests, special handling
+ instructions, and off-system shipping requests.
+ Responsible for researching and resolving issues with in-process orders, including order entry errors, and process errors.
+ Assist Supervisor with the direction of the fulfillment leads
+ Lead the shift in the absence of the supervisor
+ Lead performance coaching with employees.
+ Strive towards hitting deadlines, goals & expectations 100%
+ Respond timely/effectively to all forms of communication devices: email, phone, radio
+ Maintain a positive work culture
The Best Candidates Will Have:
+ 1-2 years leadership experience.
+ Demonstrated leadership abilities.
+ Analytical ability
+ 1-2 years experience with a warehouse management system
+ Experience using production/operations tracking spreadsheets
+ Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing
+ Ability to multi-task
+ Team oriented mentality
+ Experience working in a collaborative group environment as well as individually
+ Experience working with employment agencies (high volume)
+ Deadline driven and resourceful with ability to take direction
