Golden Bolt, the fulfillment division of Golden Hippo is currently looking for an Order Processor who is responsible for processing incoming orders received via a WMS platform. This position is critical in ensuring that orders are processed quickly to meet and exceed customer expectations while working efficiently as a team and complying with company standards and rules.
Shift: Sunday-Thursday 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM

What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like:
+ Process, organize and stage orders for shipping based off specific criteria and daily needs, including special order requests.
+ Evaluate, review and resolve order issues to ensure accurate processing, such as address fixes.
+ Pull, analyze and provide daily data reporting to various departments, such as backorder reports.
+ Investigate and provide timely feedback to Customer Service, such as order holds and cancellations.
+ Escalate potential system or order issues to Manager and/or superiors.
+ Participate in intradepartmental/interdepartmental project collaborations.
+ Manage and prioritize multiple requests to ensure timely completion of tasks.
+ Assist various departments during peak seasons.
+ Other duties as assigned.
The Best Candidates Will Have:
+ 6+ months experience in working with WMS or an equivalent order processing system.
+ Excellent computer skills.
+ Ability to learn basic software programs.
+ Excel and Google Sheets experience.
+ Has knowledge of warehouse and distribution commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures.
+ Deadline driven, detail oriented and resourceful with ability to take direction closely.
+ Experience working in a collaborative multi-cultural group environment as well as individually.
+ Demonstrates professional attitude and adhere to work schedule and attendance policy.
+ Ability to quickly adapt to procedural changes. SQL and basic coding skills is a plus.
+ Prior experience in problem solving and troubleshooting including ability to analyze heavy dataset.
