Driven by our rapid growth, we are looking to hire a new member to join our Internal Mobility team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the front end process for all internal candidates while creating a positive candidate experience. Required Skills:

1. While providing an excellent Candidate Experience, collaborate with the Internal Mobility Partner to manage the early stages of the internal application process.

2. Explain standard transfer implications, compensation and relocation details, and benefits offered and be equipped to answer complex queries on topics such as banding, compensation and market based philosophy in partnership with the Internal Mobility Partner.

3. Use your process driven thinking to understand and effectively communicate processes to stakeholders across multiple functions and advise candidates accordingly, while proactively seeking opportunities for efficiency enhancements in the process by transferring tasks or responsibilities to you.

4. Communicate professionally and maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times.

5. Maintain strong data integrity by executing team processes, updating the applicant tracking system, updating the applicant tracking system as well as the internal recruiting tools and ensuring accuracy of candidates’ status.

Minimum Qualifications:

6. 1+ years of professional/office work experience.

7. Experience managing multiple requests in parallel, through process management and prioritizing competing demands.

8. Experience working on tasks where accuracy and attention to detail were a key factor to success.

9. Experience building and sustaining relationships.

10. Experience accomplishing daily tasks with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications:

11. 1+ years of experience supporting recruitment activity.

12. Experience with Facebook Recruiting tools (FBR, salesforce) or equivalent.

13. Experienced team player who loves to bring new ideas to the table, such as process improvements and efficiencies.
