Summary:

Facebook is seeking to fill a full-time position of Supplier Master Analyst in our Finance operations center. This role will be responsible for building and managing our growing supplier data including supplier onboarding, supplier maintenance and/or providing quality assurance over onboarding and maintenance requests. We are seeking a professional with Procure-to-Pay, finance, accounts payable, audit, and/or related experience in a global company.

Required Skills:

1. Approximately 70% of this role’s time will be focused on executing core operations work and approximately 30% engaged in continuous improvement and scaling initiatives

2. Enable Facebook’s Procure-to-Pay processes by actively maintaining its Supplier Master System, including contact, banking, and payment related details

3. Review and approve supplier onboarding applications against existing controls and execute supplier profile changes and modifications with minimal managerial oversight

4. Support QA of new and existing supplier records

5. May from time to time provide on-the-job training and coaching to newer team members and/or outsourced staff

6. Expected to regularly review existing data/transactions to deliver Procure-to-Pay continuous improvement results over time with measurable outcomes

7. Work with internal and external audit teams to ensure existing controls are current and effective

8. Assist in the research and analysis of audit issues raised by external and internal audit

9. Execute processes to eliminate duplicate and defective supplier records

10. Interact with suppliers and Facebook employees when supplier master changes or verifications are needed

11. Participate in periodic meetings with Procure-to-Pay teams and Finance leadership

12. Support maintenance of desktop procedures

13. Assist in special projects and other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

14. 2+ years experience in Procure-to-Pay, finance, accounts payable, audit, and/or related experience in a global company

15. BA/BS degree in business, supply chain, procurement, finance, or accounting

16. Experience with end-to-end Procure-to-Pay processes

17. Superb attention to detail and understanding of supplier onboarding requirements as well as knowledge of global tax and banking regulations

18. Experience working independently with minimal managerial oversight and in a group setting

19. A Superb communicator

20. Highly motivated and experience thinking clearly under pressure

21. Experience flourishing in an environment of complexity, fast growth, and ambiguity

Preferred Qualifications:

22. Working knowledge of SOX processes and compliance preferred

23. Experience with Oracle ERP, including Procurement and Financial modules preferred
