Autism Spectrum Therapies (“AST”),, one of the largest and most respected autism services organizations in the county, is looking for an exceptional ABA professional to join our team as a Clinical Director. This position is ideal for an experienced candidate ready to support BCBAs as well as lead the organization’s growth.

AST currently employs nearly 100 BCBAs with offices in 7 states and growing. We offer continual professional development opportunities and the ability to participate in AST sponsored research projects. We are looking for a dynamic, talented BCBA to ensure AST’s service model is delivered with quality and expands on AST’s success in that region.

Our Clinical Director will lead a team of BCBAs and line therapists in delivering quality services to children and families while networking with other behavior analysts, medical professionals, and related service providers to ensure that our team is actively servicing the community.

The Clinical Director will also lead and develop potential opportunities, such as building relationships with school districts.

Our Ideal Candidate Will Have the Following Qualifications:

+ Minimum of 5 years’ experience working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities.

+ Relevant supervision, training, and coordination experience.

+ Prior supervisory experience.

+ Demonstrated ability to supervise and train others independently.

+ Strong communication and writing skills.

+ Bilingual skills highly preferred.

+ Education and Licensure

+ Minimum of a Master’s or Ph.D. in psychology, special education, applied behavior analysis, or related fields.

+ Board-Certified Behavior Analyst or Board-Certified Behavior Analyst-D®.
