Responsibilities for the role of Computer Repair Technician:

Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair laptops, desktops, and tablets to factory specifications

Identifies and procures the hardware and software needed to satisfy repairs

Ensure all repairs meet or exceed our quality standards.


Requirements for the role of Computer Repair Technician:

Excellent technical, problem solving, and analytic stills.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Exceptional organizational skills.

Good hand/eye coordination to handle tools and manipulate small parts

Able to type, use a computer and proficiency in Microsoft Office

Work well in a team environment

Outstanding customer service skills (1+ years preferred)

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Building a new system from scratch, configuring new servers, and integrating it into brand new networks.





Knowledge with Electronic Devices:

Computer repair experience

Knowledge with Electronic Devices

Server experience
