We are looking for a forward-thinking recruiter who is inspired by building and shaping the future to attract the talent most suited to driving Applied Materials success and making a better future possible for our new manufacturing facility in Kalispell. The position can be remote, but we would prefer candidates that are located in Kalispell.

Key Responsibilities

+ Manage full lifecycle recruiting process for technical and non-technical roles

+ Act as a talent advisor and leverage talent and market insights to influence and support hiring outcomes with key stakeholders (business leaders, hiring manger and HR partners)

+ Be candidate obsessed drive flawless engagement for a great candidate experience and hiring manager experience

+ Drive operation excellence fully knowledgeable of recruiting process with rigorous attention to detail

+ Be a talent magnet think inclusively and source diverse talent, create diverse candidate pipelines, and build talent pipelines to attract passive talent to Applied Materials

+ Demonstrates conceptual and practical expertise in own discipline and basic knowledge of related disciplines
