The Manufacturing Intelligence (MI) organization within Pfizer's Global Technology & Engineering is focused on driving Pfizer Global Supply toward 'Industry 4.0' capability through Process Modelling, Constraint Analysis, Big Data, Process Analytical Technology, Advanced Process Control, Artificial Intelligence and Robotics. MI will identify and deliver high-value transformational opportunities focused on process insight and control of manufacturing assets and processes with the potential for substantially reducing cost and cycle time and increasing robustness and productivity.
The successful candidate will become part of the Process Modelling & Informatics team, within the global MI team, who are accountable for providing high impact process modelling and informatics support to Pfizer Global Supply. This will include integration and contextualization of process data from across the network, advanced visualization capabilities, and continuous process verification solutions.
The informadata applications leadwill be responsible for thedesign of data applicationsrelated to key products across multiple Pfizer manufacturing sites and external contract manufactures. This includesdesign of interactive visualizations using Spotfire andleading efforts to harmonizeCPV (Continued Process Verification) and APR (Annual Product Review)contents and reports across all sites.
Supervise the team configuration admins responsible for the configuration and verification ofthe data applications
Coordinate configuration responsibilities across centraladmins and site-based admins to ensuretimely delivered of solutions
Coordinate across all productmanufacturing sites to identifydata applications that support timely batch release and process improvement and to agree on harmonized requirements
Communicate requirements tothe configuration admins andinformaand Spotfiredevelopment teamsand ensure that requirements are met with delivered solutions
Assist configuration admins with connecting to appropriate site colleagues forconfirming requirements and verifying configurations
Collaborate effectively internally and with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders with an open attitude towards fast learning
Communicate effectively at multiple levels covering project technical details or progress and impact updates to key stakeholders
Bachelor's Degree in Science or Engineering
5+years of experience in data analytics and informatics in the pharma manufacturing industry
Strong understanding of data collection/analysis, MS Excel/Access (orotherdatabase technology).
Experience with performing computer system verification/validation in a GMP environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with coordinatingacross multiple sites and influencing without direct authority.
Experience configuring informa (Statistica), including both standard templates and customisation
Experience configuring Spotfire visualisations
Experience with CPV and/or APR reports
