Job Description

Duties: Consults with internal and external organizations on complex projects impacting multiple functions and strategic initiatives by developing high-level project plans to achieve strategic goals; prioritizing and executing work streams within corporate strategies; integrating and prioritizing timelines, tasks, analysis, and team assignments; and ensuring proper planning, testing, and delivery of high-level strategic initiatives. Leads change from concept to implementation to achieve desired results by identifying and defining transformational change and processes; validating value and priority; developing plans to implement processes; assessing people's readiness for change; managing expectations; ensuring timely project management from pilot to the execution stage; and implementing sustainable processes throughout the business unit. Develops innovation strategies, processes, and best practices by leading an internal team; partnering with cross-functional teams across the business; assessing key opportunities; documenting project scopes; developing long-range plans and project timelines; and communicating with and influencing decision makers and executives within the organization. Drives accountability to achieve goals within a cross-functional area by developing strong relationships with stakeholders; influencing strategy directions and deliverables, recommending and gaining acceptance of technical and conceptual plans; and reporting results and deliverables to supervisors and stakeholders. Drives the execution of multiple business plans and projects by identifying customer and operational needs; developing and communicating business plans and priorities; removing barriers and obstacles that impact performance; providing resources; identifying performance standards; measuring progress and adjusting performance accordingly; developing contingency plans; and demonstrating adaptability and supporting continuous learning.


Minimum education and experience required: Master’s degree or the equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field plus 2 years of experience in compliance or related experience; OR Bachelor's degree or the equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field plus 4 years of experience in compliance or related experience; OR 6 years of experience in compliance or related experience.


Skills Required: Must have experience with: Coding in object-oriented programming language (C++, Python, Java, C#.Net); Development/coding in Statistical Analysis System (SAS); Design and develop databases: SQL Server, Oracle SQL Developer; Operating Systems (Linux, Unix, Microsoft Windows); Business Intelligence Development tools (SSIS, SSAS, SSRS); Develop data visualization dashboards with Tableau, Power BI and Alteryx tools; Machine learning, predictive analytics and statistical modeling techniques to develop and evaluate algorithms to improve performance, quality, and data management and accuracy; and Requirement gathering, analysis, planning, designing, coding and unit testing.
