Job Description

Duties: Develop a comprehensive execution strategy that drives the ongoing transformation into an expert (industry leading) Replenishment organization that seamlessly integrates with merchandising, supply chain, clubs and suppliers. Drive a true omni channel fulfillment and replenishment focus across the replenishment capabilities of Forecasting, Inventory Optimization, Allocation and Club Replenishment Solutions. Drives overall Merchandising sales and profit through the achievement of goals, objectives, metrics, and measurements for Replenishment. Drive the development, implementation, and optimization of a fully integrated suite of systems, tools and processes that support each of the functional needs of Replenishment. Drive Replenishment’s inventory strategy and execution across multiple complex portfolios by leveraging partnerships with merchandising, supply chain and operations partners to support business initiatives; partnering with key stakeholders on financial and strategic plans; overseeing analyses, risk assessment, and modelling on inventory; leveraging interdependencies across inventory and forecast models and supply chain variables that impact business performance; and evaluating and altering work processes to ensure inventory purchases meet demand for sales. Develop and continuously improve Replenishment’s ability to effectively analyze and report on key metrics that enable the function to proactively anticipate and influence inventory and supply chain decisions end-to-end.


Minimum education and experience required: Bachelor's degree or the equivalent in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field plus 4 years of leadership experience in supply chain or related experience.


Skills Required: Must have experience with: Supply Chain Optimization; Supply Chain Planning; Supply Chain Forecasting; Replenishment Systems Administration; Collaborative Planning with Suppliers; Cross Functional Business Planning; Process Automation and Digitization; Talent Development of People; Transformation of a Function & Lead through change; Inventory Strategy & Optimization; and Supply Chain Strategy.
