As a member of our highly impactful Candidate Channels Team, you will connect meaningfully with candidates to learn more about who they are, what they love doing, and how they can find their dream job at Facebook. Additionally, you will partner closely with pipeline-specific recruiting teams to deeply understand current business needs and hiring goals. We’re passionate about delivering the world’s best candidate experience through our program, and that starts with the first interaction candidates have with our Candidate Channels Team. We’re seeking an exceptional individual who brings an expert level of motivation, curiosity, and care. Required Skills:

1. Create deep partnerships with the Recruiting Team to understand Facebook’s dynamic hiring landscape

2. Forge meaningful connections with referred candidates over the phone

3. Advocate for referred candidates to Facebook’s hiring teams while meeting SLAs and keeping strong communication with referrers throughout the process

4. Get creative! Assist in the planning and execution of highly impactful ad-hoc projects

5. Join in on the education effort for internal employees on Recruiting Programs and best practices

6. Bring your thoughts and ideas to proactively suggest process improvements

7. Champion implementation of process changes/new ideas to this mighty, growing team

8. Get insights into leveraging impactful data to drive engagement and accountability across stakeholders while maintaining strong data integrity

Minimum Qualifications:

9. Bachelors degree or equivalent experience recruiting or program management experience

10. 3+ years of experience in Recruiting or Program Management

11. 1+ years of sourcing or talent assessment experience

12. Experience with influencing, communicating, and negotiating in a cross-functional environment both internally and externally

13. Experience with accomplishing daily tasks with minimal supervision and produce high quality work

14. Experience operating in a fast-paced environment and navigate ambiguity independently

15. Attention to detail and experience prioritizing competing demands

16. Problem-solving, data analytics, and reporting skills
