Job Highlights


Responsible for refrigeration /HVAC support for South Arkansas Lanxess plants. Including installation, troubleshooting, repairs preventative maintenance of the equipment and EPA reporting.

Responsible for maintaining and reporting requirements to insure compliance with the EPA Clean Air Act.

Writing SOP's for start-up and shutdown of the chillers in South Arkansas

Develop a plan to improve reliability of refrigeration machines in South Arkansas




Graduate of a two year HVAC school or have a minimum of five years experience (within past 8 years) in an industrial Refrigeration / HVAC maintenance organization.

Must be self motivated.

Must have good communication skills, be a team player and able to word closely with operations personnel on a daily basis to achieve objectives.

Will be required to work scheduled and unscheduled overtime including callouts, on nights, weekends and holidays

Must have EPA License and understand EPA rules and regulations.
