Job Details:

SUMMARY: This position is responsible for developing global IS solutions, strategies, and architectures to support and enable the business. This includes ensuring; completeness – adequately addressing all pertinent concerns of stakeholders; IS business alignment; integrity of the architecture; integrating business processes data and information technology and applications. Other duties include: maintaining continuous and current understanding of the relationships among: business processes, strategies, priorities, culture, IS infrastructure, application portfolio, emerging technologies, data information technology, and applications; identifying gaps between the current architecture and the architecture required to support the future requirements; leading or participating in the development of IS solutions, strategies, architectures, standards guidelines, and governance processes to address gaps and to maintain IS business alignment; work with finance solution team in the ERP program; act as a functional subject matter expert in the record to report process, journal entry, accounts reconciliation, financial closing and compliance. Develop functional specifications for the development of reports, f. Forms, configurations, interfaces, conversions, and enhancements and workflows. Manage and coordinate changes for unit and regression testing with integration partners. Develop work instructions and job aids for end users. Manage multiple priorities in a global environment, interacting and influencing business partners at all levels. REQUIREMENTS: Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science information systems or other technical area. Equivalent work experience may be acceptable. Experience:

+ 10 plus years of experience in a variety of business environments and functions; including IS and with exposure to all levels of management.

+ Preferred SAP S/4 HANA implementation experience.

+ Experience with ECC to S/4 migration planning and/or implementation is a plus

+ SAP International experience is a plus

+ Knowledge of SAP S4 HANA Inventory Mgmt and Order Mgmt

+ Experience with Core S/4HANA Procurement is a plus

+ SAP configuration experience in specific modules Inventory Mgmt., & Order Mgmt.

+ Manufacturing Industry experience a plus

Computer Skills: Advanced computer skills; advanced understanding of multiple business and or IS functional areas; ability to quickly assess and understand impacts to the organization of business and IS architecture changes. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; excellent presentation skills; ability to interacting with all management levels within the business and IS organizations. Special Skills: Ability to interpret ideas and problems within a big picture context; strong problem-solving skills; ability to effectively pursue objectives with vague or ambiguous direction; Travel: Some domestic and international travel may be required. Amount of travel will be determined by individual project requirements.

Personal Protective Equipment and Physical Requirements: Physical: Must use safe lifting techniques. While performing the duties of this job the Team Member is regularly required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to touch handle or feel objects tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; balance; stoop; talk or hear. The team member must occasionally lift and or move up to 25 pounds.Personal Protective Equipment Required: When visiting facilities Team Member is expected to follow the required safety procedures and wear the required personal protective equipment.

Biosecurity: When visiting jobsites/biosecure environments, showering before entering the facilities is required. Appropriate clothing and footwear is provided by the Company. No jewelry may be worn on the jobsites except for medical ID jewelry. Must be willing to sign an agreement to avoid any avian species (chickens, ducks, birds). The Company Animal Welfare Policy must be followed at all times.
