Description/Job Summary SBA Loan Closer Responsibilities/Duties Manage and oversee active 7(a) closing pipeline in a timely manner Review approved credit memorandum and addendums to determine loan closing requirements Review SBA Authorization and modifications to ensure accurancy and in agreement with bank approval Prepare and submit 327 / Stamp actions to SBA for concurrence Work closely with Borrowers, Attorneys, Paralegals to ensure loans are closed accurately and compliantly in a time sensitive enviroment Evaluate contracts, agreements, insurance, and other documents for adherrance to bank and SOP requirements Ensure equity injection meets Authorization requirement and is properly sourced and verified Review loan closing documents Review closing statements for proper use of proceed allocations / disbursements Review closed loan docs for accuracy and completeness for bank file Other duties as assigned Required Qualifications Working knowledge and understanding of the Small Business Adminstration SOP 50 10 Excellent written and oral communication Strong organizational, leadership and decision making skills Proficient in Capital Access FInancial Systems; ETran Origination and Servicing Ability to work effectively in a fast paced / high volume environment SBA industry experience of 5+ years Details We are an Equal Employment/Affirmative Action employer.
