The Administrative Support Specialist is the person that will greet staff, clients, borrowers and visitors for the company.
o Answering calls from our main phone line.
o Directing calls and queries to the proper personnel.
o Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules and regulations.
o Will maintain continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
o Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
* Daily incoming mail to be date stamped and delivered. Daily outgoing mail to be dropped off at the post office.
* Preparation of all Board Meetings and Committee Meetings.
* Perform other related duties as required or assigned; example would be maintaining databases, calendar management, coordinating projects and meetings, as well as, Web Reports.
* Assistant to the Management Team when needed.
Essential skills: Microsoft skills; Word / Excel / Outlook +Calendar
Mathematical skills: Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
