Our GPS Technology Organization is a structure within the US GPS practice that implements and maintains a new operate and technology model designed specifically to support U.S. defense and Government engagements.

The opportunity

As a Technical Lead, you’ll be in a highly skilled senior role with the industry leading technical expertise to support one or more Product Managers. You’ll have a deep end to end understanding of all technical aspects of the service and be the key integration point with other products/services. As the Mobile Tech Lead for GCC High, you’ll be responsible or supporting all Mobile product managers to ensure our managed service provider is delivering a best-in-class mobile solution to this service line. You’ll need to ensure that the mobile solution for GCC High meets the appropriate compliance levels required by the business using primarily MS solutions and services.

Your key responsibilities

+ Systems Administration of the MDM Intune GCC High environment

+ Responsible for managing Apple Business Manager (ABM) for GCC High devices

+ Telephone, email, chat and onsite problem diagnosis and resolution

+ Administering and maintaining Intune installation and configuration systems

+ Work with the Mobile Platform and Mobile Productivity Apps teams

+ Integrate and assist with transitioning of new GCC High capabilities into production

+ Provide support to IT personnel on planning and implementing infrastructure plans

+ Enforce mobile device policies and procedure in the GCC High Intune environment

+ Provide support for loading commercial off-the-shelf and in-housed develop mobile applications into Intune application catalog and help deployment of those applications.

+ Respond to requests from internal and authorized external business units in a timely manner.

+ Prioritize and execute tasks in a time-sensitive environment

+ Ability and desire to conduct research and resolve tickets from the end user community for mobile device issues and new products.

+ Good Knowledge on tablets and Mobile Devices

+ Complex break/fix, resolution of first-time errors, design/configuration change management

+ Capacity planning and management

+ Service Improvement & Automation of production operations

+ Accountable as Operations for tools and procedures

+ Request fulfilment, Incident, Problem, Change and Release Management

+ Communicates with user, business and customer on progress in resolving calls, including setting accurate expectations on resolution

+ Provide reporting as needed to service owners and stakeholders

+ Other duties as assigned

+ Managing the technical dependencies across the different products and services

+ Actively maintaining technical skills and expertise while having an understanding of vendor product roadmaps using NDAs

+ Supporting the following Mobile product owners in delivering a mobile solution to approximately 2000 GCC High end users: Mobile Platform Services, Mobile Productivity Apps, Mobile App Services.

+ Periodic allocating additional time on the job to support multiple demands and escalating issues

+ Minimal travel to support change or planned project activities

Skills and attributes for success

+ A background in supporting mobile email and application servers in an enterprise environment

+ Generic experience of MAM and MDM solutions essential

+ Knowledge of Microsoft Intune desired

+ Experience with the following operational tasks for mobile devices and users.

+ Provisioning, enrolling and managing mobile users.

+ Providing access to email and applications on mobile devices.

+ Supporting an enterprise app store.

+ Basic MAM and MDM task such as remote wipe and password resets.

+ Provide service reporting and analytics.

+ Hands on Intune configuration

+ Technical knowledge of the following mobile and messaging technologies: Microsoft Intune, Office 365, Microsoft Mobile Productivity Apps, Azure Active Directory, Conditional Access, ADFS

+ Familiarity with Apple Business Manager (ABM)

+ Adapts personal communication style to the style of others, develops rapport and stays calm under pressure or escalating issues using advanced oral and written English communication skills

+ Strong verbal and written skills including strong cross-cultural communication and the ability to draft effective communications

+ Ability to work with people in a variety of cultures, countries and time zones

+ Strong technical skills creating and maintaining knowledge

+ Familiarity of working in managing mobile in highly restrictive, regulatory focused environments.

To qualify for the role you must have

+ Bachelor or master’s degree in information technology or Business Management, or relevant experience

+ Approximately 3 years of experience in a comparable role

+ Industry technical certification for the relevant product(s) are ideal

+ Ability to obtain and maintain Top Secret security clearance

+ Must present verification that you have been fully vaccinated for COVID-19 before your start date. If you are not able to be vaccinated because of a medical condition or disability or because of a sincerely held religious belief, an accommodation will be considered upon request.

Ideally, you’ll also have
