Assist the agency to create a POC based on an Agile framework using MS Excel, Access and Tableau for data calculations, labor distribution modeling and reporting
Support the analysis of business and user needs
Document and translate requirements into the proper system requirements specifications
Define supporting business processes, activity steps, use cases and requirements for applications
Identify and analyze business needs, conduct requirements gathering, and define scope and objectives.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Degree specializing in Business Administration, Science or related area is preferred is preferred. Minimum of 5 years (3 years with Master’s Degree) of demonstrated ability to solve organizational information problems by determining operational objectives, analyzing requirements, and recommending system controls and protocols. Demonstrated ability to write specifications and construct workflow charts and diagrams. Demonstrated history of defining project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases, and elements, forming project teams, and establishing project budgets. Demonstrated experience in using MS Excel Access for data calculations, modeling and reporting.
