The individuals will be assigned to multiple production lines/machines within the department performing general labor responsibilities.
They will be responsible for making sure the lines stay running and the machines are being “fed” with product.
Assemble necessary ingredients, clean and sanitize Production area
Responsible for CIP/COP functions to maintain a sanitary work environment
Comply with all GMP and quality procedures, including all SPC functions.
Follow established procedures for monitoring product specifications such as product weight, product size, machine output, wrap, code dates, product quality etc.
Keep areas clean, organized and dry.
Responsible for the integrity of handling and labeling floor Rework
They will also be responsible for Quality checks of product coming down the line.
Monitors quality against set standards and reports any product and packaging faults. Detects process abnormalities quickly and takes emergency action to prevent them.
Teamwork – Must be a good team player capable of working within a highly effective team; responsible, supportive and able communicator.
