The Interventional Radiology (IR) Division of the Department of Radiology in the College of Medicine at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS) in Little Rock, AR is seeking a full-time Professor. The Division of Interventional Radiology is responsible for providing quality interventional care to patients across the region and country. The IR Division performs more than 9,000 interventional cases per year. Our clinical practice includes an Hereditary Hemorrhagic Telangiectasia (HHT) Center of Excellence and an internationally recognized multi-disciplinary vascular anomalies team.

Responsibilities

 

 

 

Deliver comprehensive outpatient and inpatient care in conjunction with appropriate consultants and specialists for the diagnosis of a broad spectrum of diseases.

 

Provide high quality patient care while training the next generation of interventional radiologists.

 

 

 

 

Qualifications

 

 

 

M.D. or equivalent required.

Licensed to practice medicine or eligibility for licensure in Arkansas.

Completion of an accredited residency and fellowship program.

Candidate must be board certified.

Candidate must have achieved rank of Professor in academic setting.
