Department's Website: of Job Duties:The Department of Marketing in the Sam M. Walton College of Business at the University of Arkansas seeks applications from interested candidates to fill an Instructor position. The person may also hold the Master's Program Director position. This is a teaching-focused (non-tenure track) position that offers an opportunity to teach both face to face and on-line classes. We seek candidates with diverse skills and abilities who want to play a meaningful role in the life of the Walton College. The typical teaching load for the teaching professor position is four-course teaching each semester (12 credit hours per semester). If the candidate were to also assume the role of Program Director of Master's in Marketing program, the teaching load would be three-course teaching each semester and an additional compensation stipend would apply. The candidate selected will primarily teach undergraduate and graduate courses in Selling and Sales Management, Customer Insights & Analytics and any other similar course as needed by the department.Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:


Must be, or willing to work toward being, classified as Practice Academic or Instructional Practitioner under AACSB guidelines - this could include engagement in professional practice through outreach, consulting, or other activities consistent with AACSB standards and/or recent publications in peer reviewed journals


At least a Master's degree from an AACSB (or equivalent) accredited university conferred by the start of employment.
