Direct Hire Opportunity
$55k – $60k/year based on experience
Location: Siloam Springs, AR 72761
+ Reports directly to site Controller and will analyze and report standard costs, labor costs, headcount & labor forecasting and budgeting, perform month end close activities such as journal entries and analyses, and support payroll and time-keeping processes.
Key responsibilities (to name a few):
+ Reporting and analysis of payroll, labor, and headcount data
+ Month end close journal entries and analyses
+ Forecasting and budgeting support
+ AP support and analysis
+ Record retention process support
+ Bachelor’s Degree in accounting or related field
+ 5 years of progressive accounting experience; previous cost accounting experience preferred
+ Experience with SOX controls auditing processes
+ Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
+ Advanced Excel skills required.
+ SQL knowledge a plus
+ Strong verbal and written communication skills
+ Aptitude for critical analysis and creative problem solving
+ Project management skills
+ Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
