Role and Responsibilities
This key position drives Quality through the entire organization. Provide technical and administrative support to Quality and Improvements Department. Collaborate with courseware production team to comply with established standards. Utilize quality techniques to evaluate, monitor and improve processes. Apply Quality Management concepts/principles to ensure deliverables meet or exceed customer expectations. This position has significant interaction across all functional departments.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Perform content reviews of courseware for adherence to established program standards.
Perform courseware design reviews for functionality and conformance to design and writing style standards
Validate requested changes to courseware have been completed
Ensure Quality Management System (QMS) processes are defined and adhered to
Ensure QMS requirements are established, implemented, and maintained
Promote awareness of customer requirements throughout organization
Monitoring and reporting Quality metrics and key performance indicators.
Facilitate / Support Gap Analysis, Root Cause Analysis, and After Action Reports upon completion of established milestones or when dictated by program performance
Evaluate functional area performance against defined standards to ensure conformity with those standards
Assist with the customization of production processes based upon program-specific requirements
Maintain Quality Assurance documents
Maintain documentation and control procedures.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
Technical degree or equivalent combination of education and 2 years relevant experience
Highly proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, MS Project, Visio).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Familiar with AS9100 / ISO 9001 QMS requirements
Familiar with quality principles
Ability to work well in a team environment
Exercise judgment and time management skills in completing recurring assignments independently
Previous QMS auditor training
Familiar with importing/exporting data into/out of a data base
Familiarity with courseware development processes
Familiarity with aviation terms and operations
Familiarity with Lean/Six Sigma concepts (certification not required)
Must complywith all company security and data protection / usage policies and procedures. Personally responsible for proper marking and handling of all information and materials, in any form. Shall not divulge any information, or afford access, to other employees not having a need-to-know. Shall not divulge information outside company without management approval. All government and proprietary information will be accessed and stored electronically on company provided resources.
Incumbent must be eligible for DoD Personal Security Clearance.

This position will be classified as Hybrid in CAE's Continuum Work assignment structure (i.e. 40%-80% remote)
Occasional travel (approximately 10%) may be required to visit outside sources and adapt to their environment
