What you’ll be responsible for:

Throughout this program, you will learn fundamental sales skills not taught in a traditional collegiate study program such as:

+ The practice of researching prospects on LinkedIn, and the industry websites (i.e., FDIC, bank’s website, etc.).

+ The formula of conducting a cold call and building rapport – getting a prospect into System 2 thinking.

+ The criteria for Qualifying prospects based on BANT/MEDDPIC/PACTT/SPICE/PACTT components.

+ The competitive landscape for the solutions being positioned in the prospect discussions.

+ Learn a variety of JH products and discussing the problem each solution can solve for the bank.

+ Network with Inside Sales BDM on campaigns driven by the Inside Sales teams; also, the corresponding Inside Sales Reps. and product operations team members in positioning the appropriate solutions.

+ Use of product tool kits used to position solutions; and actively participating in their improvement.

+ Help to create calling scripts and follow-up email/video templates.

+ Track KPIs for the success of their calling/email efforts.

What you’ll need to have:

+ Enrolled at an accredited university or technical program with a graduation/completion date of December 2022 or May 2023.

+ Be able to work up to 40 hours per week throughout the summer internship with minimum absences.

+ Meet legal requirements to work in the U.S. for an indefinite period of time without any sponsorship.

What would be nice for you to have:

+ Pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Communications, or Sales.

+ Excellent presentation and communication skills.

+ Basic understanding of the FinTech industry.
