Position Summary

The position is responsible for Architecture, project management, evaluation, design, planning, configuration, documentation, and deployment of collaboration software solution for UA.

This role will be responsible for the holistic view and integration of collaboration software’s related to, Microsoft O365, SharePoint, Appspace, Cisco Webex Services, Slack, Vbrick, and future collaboration tools supported globally.

The position requires a strong understanding of software integration, application programming and software infrustructure. The position also requires staying abreast of industry trends, helping UA take advantage of new technologies,

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

+ VDI, Mobile, workstations/endpoint technology, cloud workplaces, collaboration solutions, audio/visual technologies, etc.

+ Builds architecture disciplinary strategies within Global Technology

+ Serves as an expert who advises on the best courses of action in your area of expertise

+ Ensuring that standards set by Data, Security, Infrastructure, Platform and other architecture domains are followed when crafting solutions

+ Builds architecture disciplinary strategies within Global Technology

Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)

+ Excellent Communication both Written and Verbal

+ Strong Knowledge of Cisco Collaboration Technologies

+ Strong Understanding of Video Streaming Over the Network

+ Excellent Understanding of technical integrations across Platforms

+ Deep and broad experience in workplace technologies and platforms, bridging legacy and new technologies

+ Capable of leading large software development projects in terms of team size, technical complexity, and/or organizational complexity

+ Able to produce results through individuals and teams where there is no direct management oversight of resources

+ Understand Full Stack Engineering

+ Programming language and integration development

+ Javascript Programming

Education And / Or Experience

+ 8+ Years of experience required

+ Collaboration and Integration Specific Industry experience

+ Bachelor’s Degree Required

Other Requirements

+ Travel: IE- 5-10% of the year

+ Program Experience and integration background preferred


+ No Relocation Provided
