Position Summary

The Under Armour Technology Management and Operations Team is seeking a Program Manager to lead planning and delivery in our critical Business Enabler towers of Cyber Security and Global Infrastructure. This role will balance both planning and delivery needs for the organization. They will partner with Engineering leaders like our CISO and Business Stakeholders in Legal and Privacy to build roadmaps for our Global Technology teams. The right candidate will also enjoy getting their hands dirty with leading strategic initiatives originating from these roadmaps and orchestrate delivery across teams and manage dependencies.

You are passionate about the Cyber Security space and are well versed in what it takes to manage cross-functional IT initiatives that impact both infrastructure and applications.

As a member of the greater Program Management Team for Global Technology, you will contribute thought leadership and expertise to a larger team of professionals that are responsible for the continuous delivery of value to Business Stakeholders. We share Process Improvement adventures, tales of Retrospectives, and the love of continuous learning.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

+ Lead the iterative planning cycles for the Cyber Security and Infrastructure portfolio of work, including both long range plans as well as quarterly program increments.

+ Partner with Business and Technology Stakeholders to build business cases in support of new Technology initiatives in the Cyber Security and Infrastructure roadmaps.

+ Drive Delivery across the portfolios, closely monitoring and highlighting resource constraints, dependencies across Global Technology teams and financial health so that we deliver against our commitments.

+ Jump on escalations and work to resolve conflicts regarding resourcing, timing, costs and scope amongst your teams.

+ Represent the Cyber Security and Infrastructure portfolios of work and our progress to Goals to Under Armour leadership team and key stakeholders in status reports, portfolio reviews and Steering Committees as needed.

+ Create an atmosphere that inspires collaboration across Business Stakeholders like Legal and Privacy with Technology cross functional teams with Engineering, QA and Project Management.

+ Indirectly lead internal and external project management professionals which may require recruiting, training, and coaching to deliver work in support of your programs.

Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)

+ 6+ years of experience managing delivery for cross-functional teams with a track record of delivering complex software projects in a fast-paced environment.

+ Ability to plan and deliver programs in a blended Agile and more traditional Waterfall development environments.

+ Excellent Communication Skills – can easily converse with Business Stakeholders like Legal and Finance or present complex problems to Executive Stakeholders and fit in with their Engineering team.

+ Flexibility to help teams execute without perfect process or overbearing checklists.

Education And / Or Experience

+ B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent mix of experience and certification or education.

+ Experience delivering technical solutions in a cross functional team environment.

+ Working knowledge of Cyber Security and Data Privacy topics.
