Applicant email resume with NO Attachments./Responsible for working with eligible and suitable WIOA youth,adults, and dislocated worker applicants and participants.Duties include eligibility verification,case management, interviewing,assessment,basic career services,and individualized career services and training.Advisors coordinate supportive services and conduct follow up services and conduct follow up to help the client meet the targeted goal of obtaining employment at or above the self-sufficiency age and also track their job retention rate for at least one(1) year after they exit the program.Conduct applicant and participant interviews to determine needs,provide advising support,and develop individual service plans.Write detailed case notes to document participant interactions and activities.Develop and maintain on going working relationship with clients. Coordinate with partner agencies to meet participant education and employment goals.Connect with job development activities.Coordinate supportive services such as childcare,transportation,mileage reimbursements,and other approved support.Work with business services lead to connect with employers and get them to create job orders and referrals. Must have; Valid driver's license and good driving record. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Detail oriented and organized.Proficient in Microsoft Suite,Excel.Desire to assist clients to achieve their educational and career goals.Ability to work with clients on a consistent basis.Strong follow through skills.Pay not disclosed, will be discussed at time of interview.
