Your Role:

The Senior Human Resources Generalist plays an active role in providing consultative and tactical support to management and employees on HR-related matters. In this role, you will cultivate and maintain effective work relationships; anticipate, assess, and address/resolve HR-related needs; and communicate effectively with the HR department and leaders. You will apply your broad HR generalist expertise to deliver value-added service in support of the organization.

Essential Job Functions:
  • Provide proactive guidance and support related to HR policies and programs (i.e., recruitment and staffing, employee relations, performance management, disciplinary and termination matters, compensation and benefits, leaves of absence) and other moderately complex HR-related business matters; assist in executing strategies that accomplish business objectives
  • Provide support to HRBPs and collaborate with other HR specialists in areas related to compliance, employment law, leaves of absence, accommodations, benefits, payroll, etc.
