Job Description

Are you looking for a Part Time Administrative Assistant position? Staffmark has an outstanding opportunity for a Part Time Administrative Assistant for a company in Rogers AR. If you like a fast paced environment with a variety of job duties than this is the position for you.

This position acts as an Administrative Assistant who will be greeting customers, processing payments, and handling a multiline phone system

This position assists the manager and customer service staff with their duties serving internal and external customers to include

Booking appointments

Making copies

Handling messages

Greeting customers & checking them in

Filing & scanning documents

 

Skills needed

Customer Service experience

Basic computer skills to include Microsoft office

**Schedule is 2-3 days a week 16-24 hours depending on the need**

Can be somewhat flexible but will include some Saturdays
