The Administrative Analyst manages the office of the Program Director of Accelerated Baccalaureate Education program by serving as the direct point of contact, resolving problems, overseeing projects, developing reports, and organizing events. Provides a high level of administrative support to the Director by managing schedules, composing correspondence, arranging travel, and communicating with faculty within the Department of Education. Provides direct administrative support to the Department of Education faculty members. Provides administrative support for ABSN student activities. Manages SharePoint site, folders, and rights for the CON. The incumbent must work with minimal supervision and must be organized and able to multi-task in order to skillfully and accurately perform all aspects of the position. Communication will be a key part of this position, as well as appropriate appearance, attitude, and working cooperatively with others. Maintains confidentiality at all times.

(30%) Office Management
Serves as the direct point of contact for this office by prioritizing incoming requests and ensuring messages are delivered and calls are returned
Resolves problems or issues through the interpretation and implementation of policy
Oversees projects by gathering data, communicating objectives to key personnel, and ensuring that timelines are met
Develops annual reports, agendas, abstracts, and manuscripts
Communicates status of projects to program director
Organizes meetings, workshops and special events, managing all logistics
Ships and receives packages for the Department of Education.
(30%) Administrative Support to Program Director
Manages calendar and keeps the program director on schedule throughout the day, providing reminders as well as daily agenda/documents
Composes, and distributes correspondence
Maintains all files
Routes and distributes documents to faculty for their review and feedback
Utilizes Microsoft Office to develop presentations, charts, posters, and slides
Utilizes APA and other standard formats as necessary for presentations, manuscripts, grants, and other written material.
(20%) Administrative Support to Department of Education Faculty Members
Assists the course coordinators, academic coach, and ATI coordinator by updating databases, scheduling meetings, and maintaining files using various technologies utilized by the College
Edits course syllabi each semester and updates other class materials as requested
Prepares presentations, fliers, pamphlets and brochures as requested
Schedules meetings, prepares agendas and records minutes for the Department of Education committees/chairs
Reserves meeting rooms and telecom equipment as needed
Ensures committee dates are correct on the CON academic calendar.
(20%) Other Administrative Support for Department of Education
Provides support to the IPC lab in CON. Serving as back up to the lab assistant.
Ensures BSN student compliance with the flu vaccine policy, sending proof of vaccines to Student/Employee Health and contacting non-compliant students as needed
Proctors private-testing student exams via video fee
Manages all aspects of the CON SharePoint site.
