KPMG is currently seeking a Manager in Technology Enablement for our Consulting (https://advisory.kpmg.us/) practice.
+ Participate with the design, implementation, maintenance, and enforcement of privacy policies, procedures, and controls
+ Evaluate Information Security and privacy impacts of various strategies and tools on the client’s business
+ Help with the execution of complex privacy engagements, including assessments; program and enabling technology architecture, design, and implementation; and ongoing run support to help companies understand compliance risks, identify opportunities for improvement, and support remediation in line with compliance goals and business strategies
+ Demonstrate excellent project management skills, promote teamwork and individual accountability with engagement team members, and use available technology, tools, and KPMG Information Security assets to enhance the effectiveness of deliverables and services
+ Minimum of five years of experience with regulatory requirements and compliance issues in at least one of the following areas: EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), California Consumer Protection Act (CCPA), International Cross Border & US State Data Privacy Laws, and multi-jurisdictional regulations and requirements (e.g., GDPR,CCPA including data transfer options
+ Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent experience (JD preferred)
+ Demonstrated hands on experience evaluating, using, designing, architecting, implementing, and maintaining various privacy technology tools (discovery, inventory, data flow management, privacy workflow management, etc)
+ Credentialed in cyber and privacy (e.g., CIPP , CDPSE, CIPM, CIPT, CISSP) preferred
+ Advanced written and verbal communication and presentation skills, teamwork, and client service skills
+ Ability and willingness to travel up to 80% of the time, work in a fast paced, results driven environment, grasp new technology, and contribute at a rapid pace
