The Post-Doctoral Fellow position will work on federal grant funded research projects, which aim to understand how prenatal/postnatal environmental influences as well as nutrition/lifestyle during childhood potentially affect infant and children's brain development. The research involves advanced brain imaging data analysis using cutting-edge tools.

Perform imaging data analysis and keep learning and be proficient in newest and advanced imaging processing software and tools.

Work closely with the principal investigator, co-investigator, and other research team members for many other aspects of research projects such as reporting on the status and results of research projects and identifying ways to improve research design.

Conducting literature reviews and drafting scientific papers.

Creating and delivering professional presentations.

Developing new research proposals, etc.

Perform other duties as assigned.









PhD (or to be granted a PhD degree before the time of hire) in Mathematics, Physics, Bioinformatics, Biomedical Engineering, Computers Science, Information Science, Neuroscience or related field required.

Experience in functional neuroimaging data analysi is also required.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Demonstrated record of research publications.

Good verbal and written communication skills.
