As a strategic partner with the HR team and business line hiring managers, the Talent Coordinator serves as a shared resource for the HR team, assisting with the planning, coordination, project management and execution of our talent acquisition efforts. You will manage high volume scheduling, tracking, coordination of people and assignments and website administration while providing high-touch support for HR teams, hiring managers and external candidates.. Working as a member of our HR team, you will interact with all business lines and contribute to all aspects of the talent acquisition process to support the full life-cycle recruiting process from initial sourcing, hiring, implementing the onboarding experience and supporting managers in the facilitation of the employee's post-hire check-ins.
