Job Description

Cromwell Architects Engineers is seeking an individual with 5-10 years commercial building design/production experience.

Responsibilities include: all aspects of project management for commercial construction projects; develops scopes of work, provide preliminary estimates, attend review meetings, work closely with contractor and client to ensure projects are accurate, on time and within the projected budget; handling multiple projects at once; working with clients to ensure projects are going as planned. Must have the ability to wear many hats, and various other tasks as assigned.

Degree in architecture or engineering preferred.
