Front Desk Administrative Assistant

Randstad Office Professionals is seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant candidate who can work in the Collierville/Piperton, TN area. Do you have exceptional communication and organizational skills? Can you work in a fast-paced work environment and is able to prioritize task/multi-task? Responsibilities

Key Task

+ Answer telephone, take messages, and reroute calls

+ Sort and distribute mail

+ Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, conference room, travel arrangements, accommodations

+ Type letters, memorandums, faxes, meeting notices, and miscellaneous documents and forms

+ Make copies and send out faxes

+ Enter information into database and online systems

+ Create and Maintain reports

+ May maintain accounts receivable and payable records for the Branch by processing receipts, sales invoices, and miscellaneous adjustments

+ Answer questions regarding accounts receivable and/or payables and assist with year-end processing and reporting

+ May process billing of parts, service, allied, and other miscellaneous items

+ Entering invoices and credits as well as printing, separating, stuffing and mailing invoices and credits

+ Maintain files for the branch operation

+ Prepare files for archiving
