POSITION SUMMARY We are looking for a stellar HR Manager for our advanced manufacturing operations plant in Olive Branch, MS. Our company’s mission is to delight our customers and it starts with our own employees. As the Manager of Human Resources, you will lead an HR team that focus on employees’ experience and growth. You will lead employee productivity performance, employee relations, and HR administration for our employees in the plant. You will provide Human Resources direction, advice and guidance for a rapidly growing, production operations workforce, and will be a highly visible and impactful culture champion for the business. You will jointly serve as a key member of View’s HR Leadership Team and the Plant Executive Leadership team and will take an active business partner approach to providing expertise for complex business and HR issue resolution of plant operations in a non-union setting. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

+ Sponsors and supports in the design and implementation of culture & employee experience initiatives, recruitment, talent & workforce planning, change management, training and development, performance management and talent retention efforts at all levels of the organization.

+ Coaches, develops, and manages direct team members to build organizational capability and provide future opportunities to advance and/or expand job scope.

+ Evolves and directs employee relations policies and practices to determine necessary actions to comply with new, updated or changing employment related legislation that abides by the law, while preserving the View culture.

+ Acts as a key-trusted advisor to the organization by staying abreast of best practices and industry trends while demonstrating strong interpersonal skills, including influencing, facilitation, collaboration and direct communication.

+ Create an employee centric environment by listening to the voice of our employees, seek to understand, be involved, provide solution, communicate directly and follow up properly

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

+ 3-5 years of progressive HR experience is required, with direct HR generalist expertise in a manufacturing or production operations plant environment

+ Broad employee relations conflict resolution and performance management experience is required

+ Must have demonstrated ability to develop strong collaborative relationships to gain support to achieve goals

+ Comprehensive knowledge and applicable experience with compliance regulations and requirements

+ Curiosity and learning oriented

EDUCATION Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field. MBA or Master’s Degree preferred View, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer
