Staffmark is working with a world-class logistics company in Lowell, AR That has an opening for a Customer Support Specialist!

Successful candidates will have excellent customer services skills, strong technical skills as well as the ability to multitask in a fast paced environment.

Job Duties will include:

Responsible for contacting customers to set delivery dates and times in a professional manner

Answering phones and basic questions.

Provide timely, accurate customer service.

 

Requirements:

Min 1year call center or customer service experience required

Basic computer skills (e.g. personal computers, printers, email).

Shifts available

Monday- Friday

10am-7pm

11am-8pm

12 (noon) 9pm

1pm-10pm

Sunday- Thursday 8-5

Sunday- Thursday 1pm-10pm
