Utilizes nursing process to provide professional nursing care to a selected group of clients.
Education: Current RN licensure with Arkansas Board of Nursing.
Licensure: Current Arkansas Registered Nurse.
Experience: Two (2) years experience for Emergency Room. None for Med/Surg.
Certifications: CPR and ACLS certification. TNCC for ED
Other: Skills, knowledge, and Abilities: Demonstrates skills in human relations and communication, both written and verbal. Demonstrates clinical expertise in patient care delivery. Possesses the ability to assess data and assist personnel in providing appropriate level of care. Working conditions, Mental and Physical Requirements: Stand and walk on duty. Meet unit-specific physical demands. May be required to work differing schedules, shifts, days of the week, or work frequency according to patient care.
